YES, you can! We always say just because it isn't on our site doesn't mean we can't or don't do it! We are always coming up with new things to add to the site and are always up for new ideas from our customers. Use our contact us page and we would love to hear from you!

Yes, we guaratee your satisfaction. IF our customer not satisfied we will work with them until they are satisfied. If we have made a mistake, we will do everything we can to make it right so that our customer is happy.
Note: if there is a mistake made that is the fault of the customer, we will not be liable.

If for some reason an order that is placed with Divine Designs By Leslie is canceled after proofs have been designed and/or printed already, orders can be canceled and refunded, but minus a 15% cancellation fee. This is to insure that I have at least a small payment for my time in working on your proofs.
Q: What methods of payments do you take?

We take paypal, most major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, Checks (there will be a 7 day hold on checks), and Money Orders.
All dishonored checks members will be charged a $28 check charge as this is what our bank charges us.
Q: What methods do you use to ship?

We only use U.S.P.S and can only ship Monday through Friday as our post office is not open on Saturdays.
Q: When I place an order, how long does it take to process?
When I place an order, how long does it take to process?
A:
All orders are treated equally in the order they are received. Once an order is received they will be processed by first working up proofs, unless they are a reorder, then we will send you the proofs. Once we receive an approval on the proof we will then put your order in our print basket to be printed in the order it was received. We WILL NOT print an order unless it is approved first. So if you take a week to approve your proof then this sets your order back a week. Then once we get to your order in our print basket it will then be printed. Once printed your order will be processed as far as cutting, folding, stapling, binding, padding, etc. in the order it was received. Then once this is done your order will be prepared for shipping and shipped. You will then get a courtesy email from us letting you know your order was shipped and the date. You now can track your orders by using our new track your order feature. This will let you know the date, how it was shipped (all our orders ship U.S.P.S.) and a tracking number if there is one. If not, then your order was shipped regular first class mail and it will say so.
